Veronica provided Waterfront Botanical Gardens with Event Management Services during our largest public event of the year, relieving a great deal of strain from our team. Her presence allowed the staff to focus our attention on other critical details and day-to-day responsibilities, and she improved the guest experience by providing seamless leadership for the duration of the event. Veronica was incredibly professional, she quickly learned every detail of our processes while also offering suggestions for improvement, and she blended so well with our team it was as if she had been on staff all along.
